As you can imagine, as a small business over that period of time, I have experienced ups and downs. I met Daniel Frazee back when I was with another broker. Dan was so conscientious and consistent with a helpful, “How can I serve” attitude in my painting industry association that, when the time came to switch brokers, it was a no brainer.

Through thick and thin and the ups and downs of navigating the choppy waters of workers comp and general liability, Rancho has been so helpful to me. Some brokers treat you like a hot potato when the going gets a little rough; but that has never been the case with Rancho Mesa. They are an integral part of my team.

Over the past few years, Daniel has handed me to Casey Craig. The transition has been seamless and Casey has been as attentive and as attentive as Daniel has always been.
