Sexual Harassment - What You and Your Supervisors Need to Know

Learn about our Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Course, which covers California's Assembly Bill (AB) 1825. This bill requires many employers to ensure supervisors complete sexual harassment awareness training every two years.

The Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Course now also covers Assembly Bill 2053. This new bill requires employers to train on other requirements, in addition to the usual requirements. AB 2053 focuses on "prevention of abusive conduct." These new training requirements took effect on January 1, 2015.

California has the most rigorous requirements for sexual harassment training, so these requirements are often used by organizations as the best practices standard throughout the country. Understand who needs to be trained (and when), and learn about the additional requirements as stipulated by AB 2053.
