Rory is a Partner at Rancho Mesa Insurance Services and leads the Tree Care Group, where he specializes in risk management and insurance solutions for tree care companies. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, Rory has built trusted relationships within the tree care industry and brings deep knowledge of its unique risks and challenges. He is passionate about helping clients build safer operations and more resilient businesses.

Rory was born and raised in San Diego and now lives in Encinitas with his wife and their two young children. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, working out, playing guitar, and spending time with his family. Whether he’s chasing waves or chasing toddlers, Rory embraces the active Southern California lifestyle. He also enjoys live music, discovering new restaurants, and cheering on the Padres.
