Alyssa Burley: Welcome back everyone. My guest is Brenda Khalil, Client Technology Coordinator with Rancho Mesa. Today, we’re going to discuss the new tree care-specific toolbox talks in the SafetyOne™ mobile app.

 Brenda, welcome to the show.

 Brenda Khalil: Thanks for having me Alyssa.

 AB: Well, thanks for being here. So, Rancho Mesa is always looking for ways to provide our clients with content tailored to their specific industry.

 So Brenda, tell us what has been added to SafetyOne™.

 BK: Well, I’m happy to announce we recently added 60 tree-specific toolbox talks for our clients, and we will continue to build onto this extensive library of topics.

 This is part of how we provide the best level of service to our clients, by listening to their suggestions and needs. One way we do this, is by providing additional resources through our SafetyOne™ Platform. Our goal is to consistently modify and update the resources we provide, to ensure each client has the necessary tools to maintain a safe work environment.

 AB: So, what are some of the topics that are available in the tree care-specific library?

 BK: Our tree care toolbox talks include everything from aerial lift safety to proper use of wood chippers, and of course, everything in between. They are also available in both English and Spanish, and are designed to offer a full year’s worth of safety meeting topics for tree care companies.

 AB: I know, our team worked with both clients and subject matter experts to develop the comprehensive library of tree care toolbox talks.

 So, how can users access the new content?

 BK: It’s actually really easy. They're available on the SafetyOne™ platform, and to make them accessible via the mobile app, our client’s SafetyOne™ administrator will just need to assign them to a project or a crew, using the “Assign” tab on the toolbox talk templates screen on the website.

 Plus, the administrator can great a default group for all the tree-care toolbox talks so they are all automatically assigned to the new and existing projects or crews via the mobile app. 

 AB: This really sounds like it’s going to make things a lot easier for our tree care clients who can now access the entire industry-specific toolbox talk library from their mobile devices. And SafetyOne™ administrators can visit our FAQ page for step-by-step instructions on making the tree care-specific toolbox talks accessible to their crew. And a link to the FAQ page will be available in the episode notes.
