Alyssa Burley: Hi, this is Alyssa Burley with Rancho Mesa's media communications and client services department. Thank you for listening to today's top Rancho Mesa news brought to you by our safety and risk management network StudioOne™.

Lauren Stumpf: Welcome back, everyone. My name is Lauren Stumpf, Media Communications & Client Services Coordinator at Rancho Mesa. Today we are joined by Emily Marasso, also a Media Communications & Client Services Coordinator here at Rancho Mesa. Today, we're going to talk about driver safety training.

Emily, welcome to the show.

Emily Marasso: Hey Lauren, it's great to be here with you today.

LS: With businesses that have company vehicles and employee drivers, accidents are bound to happen. Emily, can you tell us about how the client services team is helping their clients after an auto accident occurs?

EM: Sure. Well, when one of our client’s employee is involved in an auto accident, they will notify their account manager here at Rancho Mesa. The account manager will then forward the details of the accident to our department so we can review specifics. Based on the nature of the incident, we will find driver safety trainings within our Risk Management Center portal that best suit the type of accident and best benefits the driver. We then reach out to the insured with the suggested trainings.

LS: So, what is nice about taking driver training through our risk management center is that it is simple to administer and complete using a smartphone, computer or tablet.

EM: Absolutely. Its best practices to have all your employee drivers trained in driver safety before an accident ever occurs. The Risk Management Center is useful for this as you will have a digital copy of who has completed what trainings and when, all in one place.

LS: For our clients that are listening, you can find the entire training library within our Risk Management Center portal under Resources, Risk Management Library section. Here, you will find online training, safety videos, tailgate topics, posters and more, related not only to topics on driver safety, but on hundreds of industry specific subjects.

We will include a link to the Risk Management Center login screen in the episode notes.

Emily, thank you so much for joining me today.

EM: Thanks for having me.
