New SafetyOne™ Features: QR Codes Allow Attendees to Sign Toolbox Talks with Ease
Author, Megan Lockhart, Client Communications Coordinator, Rancho Mesa Insurance Services, Inc.
Recently, SafetyOne™ released exciting new features for toolbox talks. Employees can now review and sign toolbox talks on their own mobile devices by receiving a link or scanning a QR code.
When administering a toolbox talk on the jobsite, a new option to “invite others'' appears at the bottom of the screen. Supervisors can choose to either email or text a link to employees, or generate a QR code for the toolbox talk that can be scanned. Employees can then review and sign the toolbox talk on their device, documenting their participation.
These new features contribute to the ease and accessibility of SafetyOne’s mobile app, allowing for quick attendance and information distribution while in the field.
Additionally, the design of toolbox talk documentation record has been updated to appear more concise for viewing.
Rancho Mesa is continually improving SafetyOne in order to provide clients with the most updated safety and risk management technology.
